Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a WHSE Specialist - Management Systems to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Work Health, Safety & Environment systems across its operations in Australia. You will ensure compliance, focus on user needs, and promote a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven safety systems management in high tempo industrial settings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Experience developing and improving WHSE management systems.
• Knowledge of Australian & international standards and self-insurance requirements.
• Experience creating user-centred compliance systems.
• Project management for system upgrades or improvements.
• Data analysis, reporting and dashboards.
• Familiarity with incident management, audits and risk registers.
• Collaborative leadership with integrity and resilience.
• Degree in Health, Safety, Environment or related field (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Review, maintain and improve WHSE management system documentation in line with ASC’s Quality System.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives with WHSE Corporate team and stakeholders.
• Support audits, incident investigations, and risk management reviews.
• Deliver training, guidance and user support to enhance system capability.
• Identify opportunities for system optimisation and cultural uplift across sites.
• Contribute to governance, assurance and compliance activities.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to system design, reporting and upgrades.
