Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is seeking a driven WHSE Advisor for a North Sydney-based high-end residential project. This site-based role focuses on safety compliance, risk management, and systems improvement across a $100M luxury development.

You will work with site teams to uphold WHS standards and contribute to safe delivery of multi-million-dollar builds. The role requires 4–6 years WHS experience in construction, NSW WHS knowledge, and a Cert IV in Work Health & Safety.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ WHS experience within the construction industry.
• Experience working on Class 2 residential projects highly regarded
• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of NSW WHS legislation and compliance requirements
• ICAM certification advantageous
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence site teams
• Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Drive WHSE compliance through site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Deliver toolbox talks, pre-starts, and site-based training
• Manage WHS documentation including SWMS, inductions, and registers
• Assist with incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions
• Maintain emergency preparedness and site safety standards
• Provide regular reporting on WHS performance to senior management

$100M High-rise luxury class 2 landmark development (Apartments + Commercial + Basements)

$170 - 190K + Super

We are partnering with a well-regarded multi-awards winning Tier 2 builder with a strong presence across Sydney’s luxury residential market. They are actively seeking a driven and experienced WHSE Advisor to support delivery of their $100M luxury project based in North Sydney.

The Opportunity

This is a site-based role supporting a $100M high-end residential developments on the North Sydney. Reporting to an experienced WHSE Manager, you will play a key role in driving safety compliance, improving systems, and embedding a strong safety culture across projects.

You’ll be working closely with site teams to ensure best practice WHS standards are upheld while contributing to the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar builds.
