Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a WHS Coordinator, Safety Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation, systems and processes.
• Experience managing incidents, hazards and near‑miss reporting.
• Exposure to WHS auditing, assurance or compliance activities.
• Strong administration, coordination and reporting skills.
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement across environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate WHS activities and initiatives across a diverse portfolio of contracts and operational teams.
• Support WHS auditing, assurance and compliance activities, including desktop audits.
• Maintain and administer the organisation’s WHS incident management system.
• Monitor hazard, near‑miss and incident reporting, ensuring actions are appropriately followed up.
• Collect, analyse and prepare WHS data and reporting for senior leadership and Board-level reporting.
• Prepare WHS documentation, reports, presentations and other materials to support the WHS Manager.
• Liaise with Contract Managers, General Managers and corporate stakeholders to provide practical WHS support; and
• Support the ongoing improvement of WHS systems, processes, records and reporting.
