Job summary

FUJIFILM Data Management Solutions is seeking a WHS Advisor to drive a proactive safety culture across the business. You will lead safety initiatives, collaborate with management and stakeholders, and ensure legislative compliance across all sites.

You will maintain WHS systems, oversee training and audits, and manage workers' compensation processes. The role requires 5+ years in WHS, manufacturing experience, and relevant qualifications, with a focus on continuous safety improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience developing and supporting WHS & compliance nationally.
• Experience within a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Tertiary qualifications in WHS or related field.
• Experience with Quality/ ISO accreditations; internal auditor certification preferred.
• Strong ability to influence and lead safety conversations at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: guide management and staff in safety initiatives.
• Stakeholder liaison to align safety goals with partners.
• Relationship management across the organisation to foster collaboration.
• Continuous improvement of WHS outcomes through engagement and audits.
• Maintain and update WHS management systems to ensure compliance.
• Oversee training delivery for managers, employees and contractors.
