Job summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking a qualified WHS professional to provide specialist advice and practical support across our multi-site network, including Chemist Warehouse businesses. You will implement policies, manage projects, and lead incident investigations while ensuring compliance with WHS legislation.

You will collaborate with WHS leaders, stores, and support offices, driving continuous safety improvements and fostering a strong safety culture across Preston and other sites.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in WHS required; 5+ years of practical WHS/OHS experience.
• Strong understanding of WHS and WorkCover legislation and its practical application.
• Organised, adaptable communicator with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical WHS advice, training and consultation across stores, distribution centres and support office.
• Develop and maintain WHS policies, procedures, reports and safety initiatives.
• Manage WHS projects, conduct site visits and inspections, and support investigations.
