Job summary

Fine Peace Investment (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive WHS Advisor to support construction projects across South East Queensland. The role focuses on maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with Queensland WHS legislation and project safety requirements.

With 1–3 years of WHS experience, you will work closely with site teams, subcontractors and management to develop and maintain project WHS plans, review SWMS and risk assessments, and lead safety briefings and

Qualifications

1-3 years' relevant WHS experience, preferably in construction.
Experience implementing WHS requirements on residential construction projects, including high-rise residential construction and basement works.
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent; White Card and drivers licence are preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
Monitor compliance with WHS legislation and company safety procedures.
Review SWMS, risk assessments and site safety documentation.
Identify hazards and assist with implementing appropriate control measures.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Monitor subcontractor WHS compliance.
Assist with incident and near-miss investigations.
Maintain WHS records, reports and corrective action registers.
Develop, implement and maintain the project-specific WHS Management Plan with project management and subcontractors.
