Job summary

McMahon Services in Sydney is seeking a WHS Advisor to support the safe delivery of projects across Greater Sydney. You'll partner with project teams, subcontractors and supervisors to promote safe work practices and ensure WHS compliance on a diverse portfolio of civil, infrastructure, demolition and environmental services projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHS or safety advisory role.
• Experience supporting civil construction, infrastructure or related projects.
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical WHS leadership and coaching to project teams.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and incidents investigations.
• Support implementation of Safety Certainty 2.0 and WHS plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Assist with toolbox talks, onboarding and workforce engagement.
