EMG Workforce is seeking a senior WHS leader to oversee workplace health and safety across the group. You will develop, implement and review WHS policies and systems, and manage workers’ compensation from start to finish.
This is a hands-on role with significant influence and responsibility across several business units. You’ll partner with leaders and HR to drive a strong safety culture, lead incident investigations, risk assessments and audits, and deliver WHS training while reporting
Many WHS roles sit inside a single operation. This one sits at group level and supports multiple business units, each with its own people, risks and ways of working. You’ll be the go-to safety expert across the whole group. You’ll adapt your advice to each part of the business and help bring them together under one strong, consistent safety culture.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll lead workplace health and safety across the group. You’ll build and improve WHS systems, policies and procedures, and you’ll also manage workers’ compensation and injury management from start to finish. It’s a hands‑on role with a lot of influence, suited to someone who enjoys being trusted to run their own area.
