Job summary

Impact Executive Solutions in Sydney's Western Suburbs NSW seeks a hands-on WHS professional to influence, mentor and partner with management at all levels. You will coach frontline teams to improve workplace safety, solve problems and build credible relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualifications in WHS or currently studying towards completion.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build credible relationships at all levels.
• Experience in WHS or manufacturing is preferred but not essential; energy and resilience are key.

Responsibilities

• Influence, mentor and partner with operational management to improve workplace safety.
• Provide practical coaching, support and guidance to drive safety improvements.
• Help implement a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

In this newly created, hands-on role, your key objective will be to influence, mentor and partner effectively with operational management teams at all levels of the business. Working closely with leaders and frontline employees you will help improve workplace safety through practical advice, coaching, support and guidance, while driving a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

With relevant tertiary qualifications or studying towards completion of such, you will ideally have a couple of years’ experience in WHS or manufacturing, however this is not essential. What is essential is your energy, drive and resilience to implement practical WHS solutions that deliver positive business outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems and build credible relationships at all levels of the business will be critical to your success. Equally important are maturity, sound judgement, a practical common-sense approach and a positive "can-do" attitude.
