Express Employment Professionals in Sydney NSW is seeking a motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to cover NSW and ACT. The role includes managing an established customer base, traveling within a large territory, and driving sales growth.

You will spend four days visiting customers and one day in the office for planning and reporting. The position offers a full-time, hybrid work arrangement with a salary of AUD 85,000–95,000 plus superannuation and a 2% commission on sales increases.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale or field sales preferred.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsabilités

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wholesale Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, travelling, and driving sales growth.

You'll be responsible for managing an established customer base while identifying opportunities to increase sales across a large territory. If you're a self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a field-based role, we'd love to hear from you.

Territory

• NSW from Griffith to Newcastle
• West to Orange and Dubbo
• Australian Capital Territory (ACT)

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and develop relationships with existing wholesale customers.
• Conduct regular face-to-face client visits across your assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts.
• Introduce new products and promotions to customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Plan and organise travel to maximise customer coverage.
• Work closely with the office team to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Spend 4 days per week visiting customers and 1 day per week (Friday) in the office for planning, reporting and team meetings.

Salary & Benefits

About You

• Previous experience in wholesale, territory or field sales (highly regarded).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Confidence working independently while managing a large territory.
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
• Experience servicing trade or wholesale customers.
• Experience managing regional sales territories.

Proven ability to grow sales and exceed targets.
