Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales operations or wholesale support is essential.
• 1-2 years of experience in related roles.
• Proven ability to manage orders and support customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end wholesale customer orders, ensuring accurate processing, timely fulfilment, and delivery in line with service expectations.
• Provide exceptional support to wholesale customers by managing enquiries related to orders, inventory, pricing, delivery schedules, and account administration.
• Monitor and manage the order book to ensure forecast commitments, delivery timelines, and business objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Fulfilment, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
