Job summary

You will coordinate orders, support warranty and returns, partner with Sales and Operations, and help maintain accurate customer data while driving continuous improvement and outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or similar customer-focused role.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service through phone, email and digital channels
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide solution-focused support
• Process customer orders and manage orderbook accuracy
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure successful order fulfilment
• Manage warranty claims, returns, repairs and credits
• Support inventory visibility and stock allocation activities
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer information
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and other business functions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence programs
