Job summary

PUMA is seeking an organized Wholesale Order Administrator in Melbourne to manage end-to-end wholesale orders, ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery, and support customers with inquiries about orders, inventory, pricing and delivery schedules.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Fulfilment, and Operations to resolve issues, maintain records, and continuously improve processes and service levels in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales operations, order management, wholesale, retail, or FMCG environments.
• Strong focus on accurate order processing and timely fulfillment.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end wholesale customer orders, ensuring accurate processing, timely fulfilment, and delivery in line with service expectations.
• Provide exceptional support to wholesale customers by managing enquiries related to orders, inventory, pricing, delivery schedules, and account administration.
• Monitor and manage the order book to ensure forecast commitments, delivery timelines, and business objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Fulfilment, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and system records while identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service outcomes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to business growth through proactive communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first approach.
