Job summary

Bensons Trading is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join our wholesale team in Derrimut, VIC. The role involves coordinating PO processing, pricing, orders and shipping, and serving as a first point of contact for customers.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, require strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales admin and MS Dynamics/SAP is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales administration role or similar
• Excellent communicator with problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office; SRP software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP
• EDI experience is advantageous
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work unsupervised and manage tasks
• Positive and proactive attitude; eager to learn
• Love toys and children's products and brands

Responsibilities

• Reports to General Manager of Sales
• Receiving and processing purchase orders
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
• Compiling monthly sales reports
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related samples or sales material
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders from Major and Key Accounts, with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Maintain pricelists
• Maintain master data across the products offering
• Supporting the sales team with other administrative tasks, when requested
