Job summary

Angle Auto Finance is seeking a Wholesale Operations Officer to ensure smooth wholesale processes and comply with all regulations. You will work with management, support projects, and handle escalations while originating wholesale products and servicing wholesale customers.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure timely payments to manufacturers and dealers, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements and SOP development. A focus on quality and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto finance or related field is advantageous.
• Ability to lead in the absence of the manager.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide personalised and timely support and help to Angle Auto customers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure manufacturers and dealers are paid promptly and accurately.
• Adhere to compliance requirements for the business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and controls.
• Complete quality assurance.
• Contribute to design and development of new SOPs.
• Generate, maintain, and analyse reports.
• Contribute to team development and training initiatives.
• Complete production tasks.
