Job summary

Angle Auto Finance is seeking a Lead Analyst to support people performance and application processing within Credit Operations. You will coach staff, manage referrals/escalations, and influence decisioning to deliver compliant, timely credit decisions.

The role requires expertise in credit principles, AML, and risk mitigation, with collaboration across Credit Operations, Retail, Credit Risk and Compliance to drive performance and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field, preferred but not essential.
• Established Credit/Lending/Underwriting experience in automotive or asset finance.
• Strong understanding of credit principles, risk & financial analysis, and AML/regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support senior credit underwriting decisions and application processing.
• Coach and mentor Credit Operations staff; support onboarding and career development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management through QA checks and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Credit Operations, Retail, Credit Risk and Compliance.
