Job summary

SunPork Fresh Foods, Kingaroy office, seeks a motivated administrator to support the Wholesale team. You will assist in selling product across all stages of the process, handling customer service, order entry, invoicing and reporting.

Based in Kingaroy, you will work with the Wholesale Team to ensure timely communications, accurate data, and smooth sales operations. A strong communicator with good Microsoft Office skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the pork industry is valued but not necessary.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely order entry.
• Assist team with planning for new product launches and public holidays.
• Communicate delivery changes to customers as required.
• Take customer orders via telephone and email.
• Assistance to sales admin team; customer service, reporting, SOH updates.
• Carry out any other reasonable and lawful directions from time to time by the company.
