Job summary

SunPork Fresh Foods is seeking a motivated administrator to join the Wholesale operations team based in the Sunpork Kingaroy office. The role involves handling customer service, order entry, invoicing and reporting to support the sales process from start to finish.

Based in Kingaroy, you will work with the Wholesale team to ensure accurate order processing, timely communication of delivery changes, and operational support across finance and sales functions.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask.
• Strong problem solving skills; ability to find solutions for stakeholders.
• Intermediate skills in the Microsoft suite (MS Office).
• Experience in the pork industry is valued but not necessary.

The opportunity

Sunpork Fresh Foods are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to step into an administration role for our Wholesale operations. The successful applicant will be based in the Sunpork Kingaroy office and work closely with the Wholesale team to assist in the sale of product in all stages of the process; customer service, order entry, invoicing and reporting.

Reporting to the Business Manager – Wholesale, you will work closely with the Wholesale Team to assist in the sale of product in all stages of the process, customer service, order entry, invoicing and reporting. We are looking for a strong communicator to join our team!

Key Duties of the role include:

• Accurate and timely order entry
• Assist team with planning for new product launches and public holidays etc
• Communicate delivery changes to customers as required
• Take customer orders via telephone and email
• Assistance to sales team; customer service, reporting, SOH updates
• Accurate and timely communication of all information to the appropriate stakeholders
• Support other Sales Admin team members with back up and assistance
• Assist the finance team in reconciliation and invoice clarity
• Carry out any other reasonable and lawful directions that may be given from time to time by the company.
• Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety, environment and welfare of our people and animals.

To be successful in this role you will have:
