Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Repair Support Advisor in Sydney to act as a key liaison between Dyson, retail partners, and our authorised repair network. You will oversee repair bookings, track status, manage refurbishments, and coordinate daily inventory across Australia.

The role requires strong customer-service experience, data-entry accuracy, and familiarity with Excel and CRM systems. You will help ensure smooth operations, stock integrity, and excellent after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Ability to enter data accurately in CRM/Excel.
• Familiarity with EFTPOS and payment facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium support to retail partners with repair bookings and status tracking.
• Coordinate end-to-end administration and refurbishment operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage spare parts orders across networks.
