Job summary

Dyson Institute in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Retail Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer experiences for Dyson owners. You will handle after‑sales calls, answer product questions, and cross-sell Dyson machines and services while upholding our brand standard across the showroom and online channels.

You will perform product demonstrations, manage payments and quotes, and keep customer records current in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience within customer service and/or sales.
• Experience with data entry or administration with an understanding of Excel and CRM systems preferred.
• Previous experience handling cash, EFTPOS and credit card facilities.
• Ability to push, pull and lift 12kgs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience that exceeds expectations in an effective and timely manner.
• Take ownership and troubleshoot customer issues, aiming for a first touch resolution.
• Perform hands-on technical diagnostics and provide a resolution where applicable.
• Advise customers of promotions and new technology by cross selling Dyson products and services.
• Carry out product demonstrations where required.
• Maintain customer account information in a CRM system and process orders.
