You will help implement new technologies to keep operations at peak performance and ensure safety and reliability across the milling lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Milling Science, Production Manufacturing, Technology, Food Processing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with plant process systems at a production facility.
• Desire for Engineering-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support safety initiatives and promote a safety culture.
• Benchmark milling technologies and drive process improvements.
• Manage capital projects and 5-year portfolio planning.
• Collaborate with COEs to ensure technology alignment.
• Propose and implement new process technologies and equipment improvements.
• Standardize operations across Global Technology Center and share best practices.
