Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Milling Science, Production Manufacturing, Technology or Food Processing.
• 5-8 years of progressive manufacturing, production, or operations experience with leadership.
• Experience in food processing or grain handling is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, safety, quality, and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to supervisors and hourly employees for safety, quality, productivity and performance.
• Lead daily plant operations, monitor production plans, and resolve issues to meet objectives.
• Champion safety, food safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to optimize equipment performance and capital projects.
• Assist with production scheduling, workforce planning, and cost management.
• Develop talent, mentor staff, and establish effective communication routines.
