Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company in Midland, Ontario is seeking an entry-level Production Support – Utility to assist daily plant operations. You will help with sanitation, material handling, and basic maintenance while upholding food safety standards in a large-scale milling facility.

Ideal candidates show a strong work ethic, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and weekends are part of rotating shift schedules, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing is an asset.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general sanitation and cleaning duties across the facility
• Handle materials and assist with production processes
• Support light maintenance and basic troubleshooting activities
• Follow and uphold GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Work safely in a variety of environments (heights, confined spaces, hot/cold/wet conditions)
• Operate in physically demanding conditions, including lifting up to 55 lbs (22 kg)
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment
• Complete all other duties as required to support operations
