Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an experienced Wet Fire Project Manager for a senior role based in Sydney. The successful candidate will manage wet fire protection projects from inception to completion, including sprinkler, hydrant and pump systems, while driving commercial outcomes through accurate estimating and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will oversee budgeting, subcontractor management, procurement and reporting, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Senior role requiring proven experience managing wet fire projects.
• Experience with wet and dry projects is acceptable for a wet-based role.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of wet fire protection projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee sprinkler, hydrant and pump installations and upgrades.
• Prepare estimates, quotations, tenders, variations and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, procurement and project resources.
• Monitor costs, timelines and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and industry requirements.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Provide project reporting throughout the lifecycle.
