Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing wet fire system projects (sprinklers, hydrants, pumps).
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and fire protection systems.
• Experience preparing quotations, estimates, tenders and project budgets.
• Track record managing subcontractors, procurement and project delivery.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, with a focus on profitability and outcomes.
• Current NSW driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage wet fire protection projects from award through to completion and handover.
• Prepare estimates, quotations, tenders and project budgets.
• Price and manage variations, and track project costings and margins.
• Coordinate subcontractors, procurement and site resources.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, builders and stakeholders.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive project profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
