Job summary

Western Sydney Commercial Builder seeks a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery on a new Western Sydney commercial build. The role works with an experienced site team while driving commercial and delivery outcomes from the office.

You will lead procurement, contract administration and client reporting, with a focus on WHS, quality and environmental compliance. This is a permanent, office-based opportunity offering career growth and direct mentorship from Directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record in project delivery.
• Experience with contracts administration or project engineering in head contractor environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project management from procurement to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Prepare and present monthly cost, program and risk reports.
