Black & Co Recruitment in Sydney's Western Suburbs is seeking a Junior Contracts Administrator for commercial construction projects, offering exposure to procurement, subcontractor management, cost reporting and design coordination. The role provides hands-on experience across office and site activities with a clear path toward project management.

You will work with experienced PMs and Directors in a small team, benefiting from close contact with senior management and a structured career

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in construction.
• Minimum 2 years Contracts Administration / Cadet experience with a commercial builder.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Reliable references.

Work alongside an experienced Project Manager delivering commercial projects predominantly in the $5M - $40M range, gaining hands‑on experience across:

About You

We're looking for someone ambitious who wants to keep learning and progressing.

You’ll ideally have:

Tertiary qualification in construction

Minimum 2 years Contracts Administration / Cadet experience with a commercial builder

Good organisation and attention to detail

Reliable references

You don't need a portfolio of massive projects.
