Talent Supply is seeking a dynamic field salesperson to dominate Western Sydney, turning warm relationships into high-growth opportunities. You’ll leverage an established client base, meet customers in person, and uncover early-stage projects to drive substantial territory performance.

This role offers a base salary with strong bonuses and a company car, backed by a recognizable brand and solid operational support.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales, preferably within construction, industrials, or related markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in a territory.
• Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong pipeline of new projects and customers across Western Sydney.
• Grow existing accounts while opening new doors.
• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, facility managers and other key decision-makers.
• Identify upcoming projects and position the business before competitors arrive.
• Spend most of your week in the territory meeting customers face-to-face.
• Use an established database and market intelligence to generate opportunities.
