TigerPak, an Australian-owned family business, is expanding its Western Brisbane footprint with a Business Development Manager. You will nurture an existing portfolio of ~60 customers and develop relationships with 2,000+ prospects, visiting warehouses and industrial sites to win new business.

You will work with an Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager, spending days in the field, prospecting, and building a strong pipeline to drive territory growth and long‑term partnerships.

Formación

• Proven experience in Business Development, External Sales or Territory Management.
• Strong track record of winning new business.
• Confident with cold calls, door knocking and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience selling into warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, industrial sectors is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within your allocated territory.
• Prospect via door knocking, cold calling, referrals and networking.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of future opportunities.
• Conduct warehouse walkthroughs and customer discovery meetings.
• Deliver pricing recommendations and accurate quotations.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
