Qualifications

• Seven+ years in business development, technical sales or account management.
• Strong experience in mining, industrial tech or automation segments.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow strategic mining accounts across the region.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from opportunity to contract award.
• Engage mine operators and engineering leaders to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with product teams to tailor proposals and solutions.
• Maintain forecasts and represent FLANDERS at customer sites and events.
