Job summary

Veolia Australia and New Zealand invites applications for a permanent full-time Injury Prevention & Health role. You will support injured employees to return to work, provide health and hygiene compliance advice to management, and lead injury prevention and wellbeing initiatives across NSW while aligning with a national team.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, design risk-based health programs, and monitor outcomes to improve health management performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive industry experience in a similar RTW/health role.
• Comprehensive WA workers' compensation knowledge.
• RTW qualification is desirable.
• Graduate health qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist injured employees to return to work and coordinate with internal operational teams and Veolia to achieve outcomes.
• Manage the WA workers compensation portfolio.
• Design, coordinate and implement injury prevention and wellbeing strategies.
• Quality review risk-based pre-employment and periodic medical assessments.
• Identify and report key health and wellbeing risk factors.
