Suntory Oceania is seeking an experienced Wellbeing & Injury Management Specialist – Corporate Offices to join our Health, Safety & Wellbeing team. You will lead wellbeing and injury management across Australia and New Zealand while supporting our corporate office environments in Sydney and Auckland CBDs.

The role focuses on designing and implementing wellbeing frameworks, advising on workers' compensation, coaching leaders, and driving campaigns and training.

Qualificações

• Experience developing and implementing injury management programs.
• Experience managing complex workers' compensation cases.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, wellbeing and injury management legislation in AU/NZ.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and continuously improve wellbeing framework and injury management approach.
• Lead wellbeing initiatives, programs and capability-building activities.
• Provide expert advice on injury management, workers' compensation and wellbeing best practice.
• Partner with leaders to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coach leaders to build capability in managing wellbeing and injury matters.
• Be the primary contact for office-based health, safety & wellbeing support.
• Support risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Drive wellbeing campaigns and training initiatives.
