Suntory Group, through Suntory Oceania, seeks a Wellbeing & Injury Management Specialist – Corporate Offices to lead wellbeing and injury management across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with leaders and People & Culture to drive programs in our Sydney and Auckland CBD offices, ensuring a proactive, data-driven approach to employee health and safety.

You will design and implement wellbeing frameworks, lead capability-building activities, and provide expert guidance on workers'

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing injury management programs.
• Experience managing workers' compensation and injury management cases.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, wellbeing and injury management legislation in AU/NZ.
• Qualifications in wellbeing, allied health, occupational health & safety, injury management or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and continuously improve our wellbeing framework and injury management approach.
• Lead wellbeing initiatives, programs, communications and capability-building activities.
• Provide expert advice on injury management, workers' compensation and wellbeing best practice.
• Partner with leaders and People & Culture teams to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coach leaders to build confidence and capability in managing wellbeing and injury matters.
• Be the primary point of contact for office-based health, safety & wellbeing support.
• Support risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective action management.
• Drive awareness campaigns, training initiatives and wellbeing programs.
