Job summary

Wilmar Sugar Australia Limited is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Advisor at Plane Creek Mill to support employees through injury management and return-to-work processes.

You will work with employees, medical practitioners, supervisors and management to coordinate case plans, provide injury management advice, and ensure compliance with workers' compensation requirements, with a focus on safe, sustainable outcomes and a positive wellbeing culture.

Qualifications

• Accredited or eligible to become a Return-to-Work Coordinator.
• Knowledge of injury management, rehabilitation, RTW practices, and workers' compensation laws.
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees, leaders, medical practitioners and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coaching and problem‑solving skills to influence others.
• Passion for health, safety and wellbeing with a drive to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate injury management and return-to-work programs for injured employees.
• Develop and monitor return-to-work plans with employees and practitioners.
• Liaise with employees, leaders and external stakeholders to ensure obligations are met.
• Maintain accurate case records and support incident investigations.
• Contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives and promote safety culture.
