Job summary

Wilmar Sugar Australia is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to lead end-to-end recruitment for Plane Creek Mill and Sarina Distillery, and to provide on-site HR support. You will partner with site leaders, manage onboarding processes, and handle workforce relations while fostering a positive workplace culture across sites.

As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will play an important role in attracting and supporting the people who keep our operations running at our Plane Creek Mill and Sarina Distillery.

You will manage the end to end recruitment process, writing engaging job ads, sourcing and engaging talent, partnering with hiring managers, and coordinating a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

You will also provide on-site HR support, assisting with workforce relations matters, responding to employee and leader queries, and helping maintain clear communication across the sites. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring roles are filled efficiently and with the right talent.

• Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance processes, and general HR administration.

About You

• Demonstrated recruitment experience, ideally within heavy industry, agriculture, or manufacturing or degree in Human Resources (or related field).
