Job summary

Wilmar Sugar Australia is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to lead end-to-end recruitment for Plane Creek Mill and Sarina Distillery, and to provide on-site HR support. You will partner with site leaders, manage onboarding processes, and handle workforce relations while fostering a positive workplace culture across sites.

The role focuses on attracting talent, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth transitions for new hires in a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience in heavy industry, agriculture, or manufacturing.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes to fill roles efficiently.
• Partner with site leaders to support workforce planning and operational needs.
• Maintain recruitment records, systems and documentation.
• Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding and performance processes.
• Promote best-practice HR processes and support leaders with day-to-day people matters.
