Costa Group is seeking a Welfare and Wellbeing Officer to support Pacific Islands workers under the Seasonal Worker Programme and PALM. The role focuses on worker safety, accommodation management, and overall wellbeing during their time in Australia.

You will coordinate with farm teams, arrange medical appointments, and handle reporting and compliance while providing practical assistance to workers. The position is on-site with after-hours on-call coverage and potential for extension.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating welfare or PALM/SWP programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with accommodation prep and arrivals for SWP cohorts.
• Conduct welfare checks and coordinate health appointments for workers.
• Manage worker-related reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate PALM/SWP requirements and organize team meetings.
