Job summary

Workfast is seeking an experienced Weighbridge / Administration Operator at its waste management site in Hendra, QLD. You will record truck movements, assist drivers and visitors, and manage data entry with strict compliance and accuracy.

The role requires a can-do attitude for physically demanding tasks, a valid Australian driver's license, and the ability to pass pre-employment medical tests. Rotating shift pattern and competitive pay apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately record incoming/outgoing truck movements and load details.
• Provide high-quality customer service to drivers and visitors.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and site compliance records.
• Handle general site administration tasks as required.
• Work a rotating roster: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM on weekdays, weekends as needed 6:00 AM–12:00 PM.

We are actively seeking a dedicated Weighbridge / Administration Operator to join our Waste Management & Logistics Team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record incoming and outgoing truck movements and load details.
• Provide high-quality customer service to drivers and site visitors.
• Maintain strict attention to detail regarding data entry and site compliance requirements.
• Manage general site administration duties as required.
• Commit to a rotating roster: Monday to Friday (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and weekends as required (6:00 AM - 12:00 PM).

What You Bring to the Team

• Prior experience in a Weighbridge, Administration, or Waste Industry role (Highly Regarded).
• Strong understanding of site compliance and high attention to detail.
• An Australian Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
• A can-do attitude with a willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks when necessary.
• Professionalism and a commitment to team collaboration and workplace safety.
