Job summary

Workfast is seeking an experienced Weighbridge / Administration Operator at its waste management site in Hendra, QLD. You will record truck movements, assist drivers and visitors, and manage data entry with strict compliance and accuracy.

The role requires a can-do attitude for physically demanding tasks, a valid Australian driver's license, and the ability to pass pre-employment medical tests. Rotating shift pattern and competitive pay apply.

Qualifications

• Experience on weighbridge or administration role in a site environment.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail and compliance.
• Ability to obtain and pass a pre-employment medical with drug/alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record incoming/outgoing truck movements and load details.
• Provide high-quality customer service to drivers and visitors.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and site compliance records.
• Handle general site administration tasks as required.
• Work a rotating roster: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM on weekdays, weekends as needed 6:00 AM–12:00 PM.
