Job summary

The Margaret Family is seeking a motivated Reservations Coordinator to manage daily reservations across our venues in Double Bay and to uphold premium service standards at every guest touchpoint.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in reservations coordination within similar calibre restaurants, excellent phone and email etiquette, and familiarity with SevenRooms and TripleSeat. Weekend availability is required; join a growing hospitality group with staff benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a reservations coordination role within similar calibre restaurants.
• Excellent phone and email etiquette.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work weekends and early evenings.
• Experience with SevenRooms and TripleSeat preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily reservations across our venues.
• Track bookings, confirmations and correspondence.
