PepsiCo in Tingalpa, Australia, is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Process Operator for a permanent part-time role (24 hours weekly). Training is provided during the week, with weekend night shifts (6:30pm–6:30am) on Fridays and Saturdays.

You will operate automated machinery and support quality checks, flavour testing, data entry and packaging processes. The position offers rostered days off, overtime banking, paid meal breaks, PPE and uniforms, wellness benefits and parental leave, plus

• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP with reliable safety practices.

• Operate industrial cooking equipment and production machinery.
• Operate heavily robotic packaging machinery for chips and boxes.
• Record, report and input accurate data into computerised systems.
• Ensure flavour testing is completed accurately and flavour matches product runs.
• Perform quality checks and manage materials and waste.

Responsibilities

• Operating industrial cooking equipment and production machinery.
• Operating the heavily robotic machinery that packages our chips into packets, and also into boxes.
• Record, report and input accurate data into computerised systems.
• Ensureflavour testing is completedeffectively, and accurate flavour is supplied in accordance with product runs.
• Complete quality checks as required, with management of materials and waste.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a processing/food manufacturing/industrial kitchen/cooking environment.
• An understanding of HACCPand GMP with a record of reliability andsafe work practices.
• A high mechanical aptitude withstrong attention to detail, safety and reliability.
