Shellharbour City Council is seeking a customer-focused professional to coordinate weekend operations across our libraries, based at City Library. The role leads the weekend team to support customers with resources, technology and programs, creating a welcoming experience for the community.

This permanent part-time position is 15 hours per week with a weekend-first roster (Sat, Sun, Mon) and salary from $558.54 to $592.74 per week, plus weekend/public holiday penalties.

Qualifications

• Diploma in library science or currently studying towards one.
• Recent public library experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence helping customers with technology.
