• Ability and willingness to promote and deliver activities and displays to all the libraries customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, high‑quality library services at the service desk and assist with borrowing and enquiries.
• Engage with customers on the library floor across branches, participating in activities and programs.
• Support the delivery of library activities, promotions and programs and keep spaces vibrant and well organised.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive library experience.
