Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Guest Experience Officer to join our Stromlo Leisure Centre team on weekends. You will welcome guests, sell memberships, and provide cafe service while delivering exceptional customer experiences across reception and café areas.

Ideal candidates are energetic, have strong communication and sales skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training on centre services, POS and company policies will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills required
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred
• Ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally
• Sell memberships and handle enquiries
• Prepare barista-style coffees and cafe service
• Provide excellent guest experience in-person and over the phone
• Conduct tours to convert inquiries into memberships
• Process memberships and data entry per company policies
• Maintain knowledge of all centre services and activities
• Demonstrate Belgravia Leisure values in daily work
