Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a friendly and organised Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Carlingford Greens Care Community. You will greet residents, families and visitors, handle inquiries with care, and help create a warm, positive first impression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, Police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.
• Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea.
• Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering.
• Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.
