Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Support Assistant to be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors on weekends. Located in the Auburn area, this permanent part-time role offers a Saturday & Sunday roster with a base rate of 31.36–33.05 AUD per hour, plus weekend penalties and 12% superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A helpful, patient and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence using computers and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, processes and policies.
• Maintain clear and accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying common issues and sharing feedback.
