Job summary

Chef Sofra in Victoria is expanding its kitchen team and seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join on a part-time basis. You will prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, manage mise en place and keep a clean, efficient workstation.

Ideal candidates have breakfast service experience, a strong understanding of food safety and allergens, and can work mornings and weekends. This role offers an hourly rate starting at 29.45 AUD with superannuation. In person work location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a chef or experienced cook.
• Experience working during breakfast or busy daytime services.
• Strong understanding of food safety and food allergies.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• Availability for morning and weekend shifts.
