You will bring a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, a Food Safety Supervisory Certification, and 5+ years of Head Chef experience in aged care or hotel settings.

This full-time weekday role (9am–5pm) offers diverse site exposure, opportunities to educate teams, and pathways for career progression within Opal.

Qualifications

• Requires a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Food safety supervisory certification required.
• Minimum 5 years Head Chef experience in aged care, hotels, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel across Greater Sydney and Central West to provide Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage.
• Create nutritious meals and deliver standout dining experiences.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety standards and oversee daily meal services and events.
