Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a Senior Head Chef to lead and rove across our VIC hub, delivering high-quality meals for residents across sites. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with no late nights or weekends and opportunities to mentor teams and shape the food program.

You will hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and bring 5+ years of Head Chef experience in aged care or hotels, creating nutritious menus and hero moments for residents while covering Head Chef and Sous Chef

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings.
• Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program.
• Head Chef and Sous Chef Coverage.
