Opal HealthCare is seeking a seasoned culinary leader for a roving Head Chef role. This full-time, weekday position covers multiple sites across Greater Sydney and the Central West, delivering Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage as needed.

You will bring a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Food Safety Supervisory Certification, and 5+ years’ Head Chef experience in aged care, hotels, or similar settings. Focused on quality and dining experiences, you’ll create nutritious meals, supervise daily
